Referring to our announcement number 016/PGM/BRP/PFD/IV/2023 dated April 28, 2023 about BI-FAST Service update and for ensuring the quality of fast, easy, cheap, safe and reliable fund transfer services herewith we convey the updating of information related to feature and condition BI-FAST services Bank Resona Perdania as follows :

SERVICE CONDITION ASSIGNMENT
Some condition related to BI-FAST services specifically for single and bulk payment transaction through Teller Channel assigned by Bank Resona Perdania as the Sender Bank to ensure fund transfer service can run efficiently are as follows :
Note :
- If automatic switching occurs from BI-FAST to SKNBI service, then the charge borne to customer is SKNBI charge
- After switching to SKNBI, the transaction still has the possibility to be returned by the Beneficiary Bank.
