- Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Marketing, Banking, Finance, Economic, Law, Technical, etc. with min. GPA 3.00.

Responsibility :
- Conduct Fx transaction with customer and interbank.
- Manage extension, changes, and new interbank facilities including counterparty limit, term loan, standby facility to ensure the availability of interbank facilities.
- Manage KYC, AML, and any inquiry from interbank (offshore and onshore) to maintain good relationship.
- Carry out Fx transaction value tod, tom, spot, and forward with interbank to ensure profit achieved.
- Maintain good relationship and cooperation with other banks, brokers, and related parties.
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree (S1).
- Having working experience in same position minimum 3 years in Banking industry.

IB Support & Business Analyst Function Staff

Responsibility :
- Responds to IB customer inquiries on daily basis. Ensure all IB customer inquiries or complaints are served on official communication channel such as telephone and email.
- Working together with vendors and internal parties to troubleshoot issues related to IB systems.
- Log all helpdesk interactions and maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions.
- Manage IB routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, token maintenance, and backups.
- Analyze and document the business processes, workflows, and data flows. Identify gaps and areas for improvement in existing processes.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Support the IT project team to develop test cases and scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree, preferable form IT discipline background.
- Working experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in an IT environment.
- Understand the application development process and preferably possess programming ability.
- Customer oriented person, have good communication skills and pro-active person.
