Announcement about Changes in Transaction Fees and Cash Transaction Services

ANNOUNCEMENT

We inform you about the update of Bank Resona Perdania’s cash transaction and deposit service for foreign currency. The update which will be implemented as follow:

1. Transaction Charge Changes:

• Cash Transaction referring here means service of Withdraw and Deposit of USD, JPY, and CNY.
• For Transfer Fee through Internet Banking will be unchanged.

2. Terminate Cash Transaction and Deposit Service in Deltamas Sub-branches. The service will be transferred to other Bank Resona Perdania Sub-Branch Offices, such as Cikarang, MM2100, and Karawang Sub-Branch Offices.

This update implemented effective as per October 01, 2025.

We look forward this update could be increase customer satisfaction in transaction with Bank Resona Perdania. Bank always have commitment to improve the quality of product and service that we offer to customers.
