Relocation of the Head Office of PT Bank Resona Perdania

As of January 16, 2023, the Head Office of PT Bank Resona Perdania has moved to Jakarta Mori Tower Building (JMT) located in Jalan Jendral Sudirman Kaveling 40-41, Central Jakarta. Jakarta Mori Tower is the newest large-scale office tower in Jakarta with unsurpassed standards. Supported with good reputable and branding companies in the construction, such as Mori Building Co., Ltd. as Developer, Shimizu Corporation as Architect, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) as Design architect, and Shimizu Corporation and Bangun Cipta (joint operation) as Contractor.

Head Office relocation is an important momentum from the Corporate Plan, which is carried out by the Bank as a realization of the Bank's Business Plan that has been established since 2013. This aims to strengthen the Bank's position in the Indonesian banking industry, as well as being part of the Bank's plan to expand its network with customers and partners. This is in line with improving the Bank's branding image to stakeholders by having a representative Head Office in line with the Bank's vision, namely to become the most reliable Bank in Indonesia for local and Japanese companies by providing the best quality financial services.

The Head Office relocation is expected to be able to build a strong repositioning in the niche market as well as develop business capacity and optimize a larger market share. The Bank sees optimism for the Indonesian economy going forward and hopes that through the relocation of the Head Office it is hoped that it can pave the way and strengthen business relations through the providing financial service solutions.

In year 2022, the Bank has received capital injection from one of the shareholders that made Bank’s core capital reaching more than IDR5 trillion for business expansion. Improving the quality of the Bank's infrastructure, particularly in the new Head Office building, will support the implementation of this business expansion strategy.

The new Head Office building will also improve the employee working environment and the Bank will have a new work culture philosophy and concept that is expected to improve employee performance and productivity. This relocation is in line with the Bank's corporate plan for 2023 which has been established as a "Reposition Year" as well as a momentum for the Bank's existence for 65 years committed to providing the best quality financial services for customers and partners.
