BANCASSURANCE COOPERATION OF BANK RESONA PERDANIA WITH 3 WELL-KNOWN INSURANCE COMPANIES

On, May 2, 2023 - PT Bank Resona Perdania (Bank) has launched a reference business Model Bancassurance cooperation with 3 (three) well-known insurance companies, namely Tokio Marine Indonesia, PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia, and PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia at the Bank's Head Office, located in the Jakarta Mori Tower Building, Central Jakarta. The insurance cooperation is an insurance for the debtor's credit collateral which includes fire insurance, property all risk/ industrial all risk and earthquake insurance. The launch of the cooperation was attended by Mr. Ichiro Hiramatsu as President Director of PT Bank Resona Perdania, Mr. Hajime Jodai as Managing Director of PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia, Mr. Shikato Takeuchi as President Director of PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia and Mr. Tatsuya Kuroki as Vice President Director of PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia.

This Bancassurance cooperation will improve the quality of Bank credit risk management implementation and also the profitability from fee based income. On the other hand, debtors will benefit from obtaining security for the insured collateral and ease in the insurance process, both in the registration process and the claim process carried out.

Bank Resona Perdania is the first joint venture Bank in Indonesia.
