Responsibility:

• Conducting in-depth analysis of financial statements, particularly those related to corporations and/or loans in sectors such as manufacturing, business services (including consulting, accounting firms, law firms, etc.), project financing, construction and real estate, financial institutions, and insurance.
• Able to achieve the credit growth targets set by the bank by creating and implementing appropriate strategies for managing the credit portfolio. This includes designing financing solutions that align with client needs and maintaining a balance between risk and return. Ensuring that the credit portfolio continues to grow while maintaining quality.
• Capable of handling credit syndications involving multiple lending parties, preparing comprehensive credit proposals, and coordinating credit projects with all relevant stakeholders.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a Leading University in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, etc., with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Experience as a Team Leader for at Least 3 Years.
• Business Target-Oriented with a Broad Network.
• More than 7 Years of Marketing Experience in the Banking Industry for Corporate/Commercial Banking and/or Loan Field, Preferably with Syndication Experience.
• Strong Understanding of Financial Statement Analysis, Banking Law, and Excellent Negotiation Skills
• Proficiency in English Communication (Speaking & Writing).

Responsibility :

• Have experience to develop Treasury product (i.e, GMRA, SVNI, DNDF).
• Build relationship with other Bank (interbank counterparty limit, agreement, CC-BG transaction)
• Manage KYC, AML, and any inquiry from interbank.
• Manage extension, changes, and new interbank facilities including counterparty limit, term loan, standby facility to ensure the availability of interbank facilities.

Responsibility :

• Identify and analyze IT risks, security threats, and vulnerabilities within the organization's infrastructure, applications, and systems.
• Conduct IT risk assessments and develop risk treatment plans
• Maintain a risk register to track identified risks and remediation progress.
• Ensure compliance with standard frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc
• Support the development and maintenance of IT risk policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect critical assets.
• Work with Information Security, IT Infrastructure team, BCM team to assess and strengthen risk monitoring and security controls.
• Monitor IT control effectiveness and suggest improvements where needed.
• Support the organization’s incident response process by analyzing potential IT incidents and recommending risk-based corrective actions.
• Prepare IT risk reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT, Information Security, Compliance, and business teams to integrate risk management into daily operations.
• Conduct IT risk awareness training for employees and management.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT risk management or cybersecurity.
• Experience in IT audits, security assessments, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Good knowledge of IT risk frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, etc.)
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and vulnerability management.
• Proficiency in cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Certifications (Preferred but Not Required): CISA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.
