Job Description:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of financial statements, particularly those related to corporations and/or loans in sectors such as manufacturing, business services (including consulting, accounting firms, law firms, etc.), project financing, construction and real estate, financial institutions, and insurance.
- Able to achieve the credit growth targets set by the bank by creating and implementing appropriate strategies for managing the credit portfolio. This includes designing financing solutions that align with client needs and maintaining a balance between risk and return. Ensuring that the credit portfolio continues to grow while maintaining quality.
- Capable of handling credit syndications involving multiple lending parties, preparing comprehensive credit proposals, and coordinating credit projects with all relevant stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a Leading University in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, etc., with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Experience as a Team Leader for at Least 3 Years.
- Business Target-Oriented with a Broad Network.
