SPOGOMI Bandung 2025 – CSR collaboration of PT Bank Resona Perdania with Rekosistem, Marubeni, and Aeon Delight.

On Saturday, June 7, 2025, located at Parahyangan Catholic University Bandung, Bank Resona Perdania collaborated with Rekosistem, Marubeni, Aeon Delight, and other Japanese companies to participate in the SPOGOMI event with the theme “Pungut, Kumpul, Angkut”.

SPOGOMI comes from Sport (sports) and Gomi (the Japanese word for "trash"), where in this activity, participants engage in sports while collecting trash. The SPOGOMI activity is part of the CSR pillar of Bank Resona Perdania, namely the 'BRP Hijau’ pillar. The SPOGOMI event in Bandung has been participated by 111 participants from 27 teams, consisting of university students, local communities, and representatives from several Japanese companies. Employees of Bank Resona Perdania also joined in SPOGOMI Bandung by sending 2 teams, from the Head Office and the Bandung Branch Office.

The total waste collected during the SPOGOMI Bandung event was 337 kilograms, of which 83.6% can be recycled. The waste consists of PET plastic bottles (57.4%), Residue (16.4%), Glass (23.6%), Cans (1.7%), and Cardboard/Paper (0.9%).

By participating in SPOGOMI Bandung and with a spirit of mutual cooperation, we move together as a form of concern for the environment to create a cleaner and healthier living space.
