Financial Literacy Program of Bank Resona Perdania to Students of MM2100 Mitra Industri Vocational School

Thursday, June 19, 2025, PT Bank Resona Perdania (“Bank”) has held a Financial Literacy activity for 125 students at SMK Mitra Industri MM2100 with the theme “Introduction to Finance and Banking and Personal Data Protection”. In addition, PT Resona Indonesia Finance as a subsidiary of the Bank also participated in providing Financial Literacy material with the theme “Utilizing Financing Companies and Personal Financial Management”. The speakers who attended the financial literacy activity were Mrs. Lindawati Susanto as Senior Executive Vice President of PT Bank Resona Perdania and Mrs. Evy Budijanti as Director of PT Resona Indonesia Finance.

On this occasion, all participants were given an explanation and understanding of financial literacy, an introduction to the Financial Services Authority and banking knowledge, the importance of maintaining personal data and financial resilience, vigilance in illegal investments and loans, which have recently been widely discussed, and an explanation of the difference between saving and investing. Financial literacy education is very necessary to educate students to be aware and understand how to manage finances wisely and according to their needs.

It is expected that the implementation of Financial Literacy can increase the interest, awareness, understanding and knowledge of students about banking and financial institutions as a whole and the importance of understanding financial resilience.
