Financial and banking literacy Program for students and teachers of Junior High School 3 Soreang

Thursday, November 10, 2022, PT Bank Resona Perdania (“Bank”) has conducted financial literacy to 68 (sixty-eight) students and teachers of Junior High School 3 Soreang, Bandung Regency.

In the event, the Bank conveyed financial literacy with the theme”introduction to finance and banking". On this occasion, all participants were given an explanation of financial literacy, banking knowledge, introduction to bank products and services, the history of currency in Indonesia, as well as knowledge on how to recognize the characteristics of the authenticity of Rupiah. In addition, a brief explanation was also presented on how to manage finances wisely.

With the implementation of financial literacy to students and teachers is expected to increase participants ' knowledge of banking institutions including bank products and services, more love, understand and proud of the Rupiah, better understand why it is necessary to keep the Rupiah always in good condition, and understand why should start getting used to manage money wisely since school age.

On this occasion, the Bank also implemented a Corporate Social Responsibility Program with the “BRP Cerdas” pillar through the provision of 1 (one) laptop and 1 (one) projector for State Junior High School 3 Soreang, Bandung Regency.
