Announcement to Customers related to Collective Leave of Nyepi & Eid Al-Fitr 1446 H

ANNOUNCEMENT

In connection with collective leave of Nyepi Holiday and Eid Al-Fitr 1446 H Holiday as well as referring to Public Holiday and Collective Leave for Year 2025 in Bank Indonesia, herewith we announce:

• Date 28th March – 07th April 2025
   Office closed.

• Date 8th April 2025
   Office open as usual.

In regards to the long holiday, we also would like to convey the following matters:

1. Encourage customers to carry out banking transaction gradually until the last week of March 2025, so that there is no accumulation of transactions in the last working day before the long holiday;
2. Transactions received after the cut off time on Thursday, March 27, 2025 will be processed in the next working day on Tuesday, April 8, 2025; and
3. Ensure the availability of funds for the implementation of banking transactions.
