ANNOUNCEMENT
In connection with the end of the COVID-19 pandemic period and referring to Bank Indonesia admin message number 25/935/DPSP/Adm dated 31 July 2023 concerning "Adjustment of Operating Hours of BI-RTGS, BI-SSSS and BI-ETP Systems”, admin message number 25/936/DPSP/Adm dated July 31, 2023 concerning "Adjustment of Bank Indonesia's Operating Hours and Public Services" and pointing to our previous announcement No.033/PGM/BRP/PFD/VI/2021 dated June 30, 2021, we hereby convey Changes in Transaction Cut off time through Counter and Internet Banking as follows:

All transactions received after the cut off time as mentioned above will be processed on the next working day and specifically for transactions through the counter, the maximum received per day will be limited to 20 (twenty) applications per Customer, including transactions that will be processed on the next working day.
We strongly advice customers to conduct banking transaction through internet banking as it is provided with longer cut off time.
