Based on Government Regulation (PP) No. 36 of 2023 concerning Export Proceeds of Foreign Exchange Exports from Exploitation, Management and/or Processing of Natural Resources, PBI No. 7 of 2023 concerning Foreign Exchange from Export and Foreign Exchange Import Payments, KMK No.272 of 2023 concerning Determination of Types of Export Goods of Natural Resources with the Obligation to Include Foreign Exchange from Exports into the Indonesian Financial System, PMK No.73 of 2023 concerning Imposition and Revocation of Administrative Sanctions for Violations of Provisions on Export Proceeds from Exploitation, Management and/or Processing of Natural Resources, PADG No. 4 of 2023 concerning Foreign Exchange from Export and Foreign Exchange Import Payment and announcement No. 024/PGM/BRP/PFD/VIII/2019 concerning Announcement of Terms & Conditions for Special Foreign Exchange Account for Export Proceeds (DHE) of Natural Resources (SDA), herewith we inform regarding the following conditions :

Bank Obligations
- Provide Special Accounts and instrument for placement & utilization of DHE SDA in accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations.
- Ensure that the funds that will be placed into the special account DHE SDA and instruments of DHE SDA come from Natural Resources (SDA).
- Submit information & reports on the entry and placement of DHE SDA.
- Ensure the implementation of the utilization of DHE SDA by the Exporter in accordance with the provisions and administer the utilization of the placement.
