Financial Literacy Program for Students and Teachers of SMK IPIEMS Surabaya & CSR BRP Cerdas

Wednesday, October 23, 2024, PT Bank Resona Perdania (“Bank”) has conducted Financial Literacy for 40 (forty) students and teachers of SMK IPIEMS Surabaya.

The Bank delivered Financial Literacy with the theme "Strengthening Financial Resilience through increasing Financial Literacy". On this occasion, all participants were given knowledge about the objectives of Financial Literacy, introduction to Banking, Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority, Financial Resilience, Wisely managing finances, the Importance of Saving and Investing, and knowledge about Beware of Illegal Investments and Loans.

It is expected that by holding Financial Literacy for students and teachers, it can increase the interest, awareness, understanding and knowledge of participants towards Banking Institutions as a whole and get to know Financial Resilience and how to use finances wisely.

On this occasion, the Bank also implemented a Corporate Social Responsibility program with the pillar of "Smart BRP" by providing 2 (two) LCD Projector units for SMK IPIEMS Surabaya.

In general, the Financial Literacy and CSR activities have gone well, this can be seen from the enthusiasm and active participation of all participants in participating in the activity.
