In connection with Christmas Day and End of Year Closing Book Year 2014, herewith The Board of Directors of PT Bank Resona Perdania announce as follows:

  •     Thursday - Friday, December 25 - 26, 2014

Office is closed.

  •     Monday - Tuesday, December 29-30, 2014

Office is open as usual.

  •     Wednesday, December 31, 2014

Office is open, with limited service:

    1.        Clearing Transaction :

  • No Debit Note (Clearing Deposit) transaction.
  • Returned Clearing for Debit Note (clearing deposit dated December 30, 2014) for Jakarta and Surabaya Clearing Area will be as schedule, especially for Bandung Clearing area there is no Returned Clearing for Debit Note.
  • Credit Note (outgoing transfer/LLG) is accepted until 11.00 WIB (Counter) and until 11.30 (Internet Banking) and Credit Note (outgoing transfer) more than IDR 100 million is required to confirm first 1 (one) day before and transaction received after the time limit as stated above will be processed on January 2, 2015.

    2. RTGS transaction (outgoing transfer)

RTGS transaction (outgoing transfer) can be received until 11.00 WIB (Counter) and 11.30 WIB (Internet Banking). RTGS transaction (outgoing transfer) more than IDR 100 million is required to confirm first 1 (one) day before and transaction received after the time limit as stated above will be processed on January 2, 2015.


    3.        Tax payment

Tax payment is accepted until 15.00 WIB, effective for Jakarta Head Office, Bandung and Surabaya Branches.

    Other Transactions :
        a.     Cash (Money Withdrawal and Deposit)

Cash money withdrawal and deposit can be received accordance with prevailing schedule and for Cash money withdrawal and deposit more than IDR 100 million, USD 10,000 or JPY 1 million, is required to be confirmed first at least 1 (one) day before.

    b.     Remittance
    c.      Export and Import

-        Outgoing Remittance:
Outgoing remittance transaction can be received until 11.00 WIB (Counter) and 11.30 WIB (Internet Banking). Outgoing remittance transaction more than USD 10,000 or its equivalent is required to confirm 1 (one) day before and transaction received after the time limit as stated above will be processed on January 2, 2015.
In connection with Japan holiday since December 31, 2014 until January 2, 2015, therefore outgoing remittance transaction in JPY will be effective on January 5, 2015.    
-        Incoming Remittance:
Transaction incoming remittance received before 12.00 WIB will be processed in the same day and for transaction received after 12.00 WIB will be processed on January 2, 2015.

Documents received before 11.00 WIB will be processed in the same day and for documents received after 11.00 WIB will be processed on January 2, 2015.

    d.     Foreign Exchange Transaction

Due to December 31, 2014 is the end year book of Bank that there is possibility no transaction for IDR interbank money market, so customers who are going to do IDR transaction against foreign exchange or vice versa on that date, for example: IDR/USD, JPY/IDR (or vice versa) have to conduct it on December 30, 2014.

    For Cikarang, Karawang, MM2100, Deltamas and Suryacipta Sub Branches, tax payment is normal as conducted in Sub Branches Office. While there is no Debit Note (clearing deposit) and Credit Note (IDR outgoing transfer) transactions only can be accepted until 10.30 WIB.

  •     Friday, January 2, 2015

Office is open and all SKNBI transaction is normal, except for Jakarta and Surabaya Clearing Area there are no Returned Clearing for Debit Note.

  •     Monday, January 5, 2015 and hereafter
