  • How to login to Internet Banking Perdania?

    • Go to website www.perdania.co.id.
    • Login with User Connection.
    • User will be changed automatically to disable if user login failed 3 times. To change User from disable to enable, please contact IB-Helpdesk.

  • I forget password of User Connection

    Get Amendment Form of Internet Banking Services onĀ /media/45938/brp-edp-03-amendment-form-of-internet-banking-perdania-direct-services-rev-2-00.pdf and send to Bank Resona Perdania.

  • I forget password of Internet Banking Application

    • Click Forgot Password.
    • Input Corporate ID, Login ID, and registered email of Login ID.
    • New Password will be sent automatically to registered email of Login ID.
    • Contact IB-Helpdesk if the problem still persist.

  • How activate the token

    • Return Internet Banking Receipt Form to Bank Resona Perdania.
    • Customer can contact phone number of IB Helpdesk at 021-5707278.
    • Releaser is mandatory to activate the token directly. If the token activation is represented by representative of releaser, kindly send email to Marketing In Charge and cc to IB Helpdesk ib_helpdesk@perdania.co.id.
