Announcement of Go Live E-Note Service (Phase 2)

As part of sustainable finance which among others is by reducing the usage of paper, Bank has implemented e-note service (delivery note by email) since June 2020, especially for note of current account interest with its withholding tax slip and note of deposit transaction, consists of note of opening, rollover and termination;

Currently, Bank has completed the development of e-note service as mentioned above (referred to as e-note service phase 1), that is e-note service phase 2, with provisions as follows:

1. E-note service phase 2 will be applied for:

a. incoming fund transfer of LLG and RTGS transaction which will be started on June 22, 2021 for incoming fund transfer transaction on June 21, 2021;

b. credit transactions, which are:

which will be started on June 22, 2021 for credit transaction on June 21, 2021;

2. Notes as mentioned in number 1.a will be delivered to email address registered in e-statement service / e-note service phase 1;

3. Notes as mentioned in number 1.b will be delivered to email address registered in credit e-note service;

4. For Customers who are not registered in e-statement and e-note service, notes will not be available; notes will be available by prior written request and can only be taken at the nearest Bank Resona Perdania office and will be charged in accordance with table in Pricing Guide; this condition is also applied for re-printing notes.
