Adjustment of Cut Off Time Transactions

In order to follow up on Broadcast/Send Administrative Message for Participants of BI-RTGS, BI-SSSS, and BI-ETP No.23/1190/DPSP/Adm dated December 1, 2021 regarding BI-RTGS, BI-SSSS, and BI-ETP System Operations at the End of 2021, Letter No. 23/185/DPSP-GOSP-OSPR/SSK dated December 1, 2021 concerning Operations of the Bank Indonesia National Clearing System (SKNBI) at the End of 2021, Letter No. S-292/PB/PB.3/2021 from Ministry of Finance – Directorate of General Treasury dated December 1, 2021 regarding Rearrangement of the Delegation of State Revenue at the end of 2021, referring to our previous announcement No. 033/PGM/BRP/PFD/VI/2021 dated June 30, 2021 and announcement No. 059/PGM/BRP/PFD/XII/2021 dated December 3, 2021, we hereby inform the adjustment of the cut off time for transactions via counter and fax and cut off time for transactions via internet banking as follows:

1. Cut off transaction time at Head Office and Branch Offices through counter (including fax):

 2. Cut off time transactions at Sub-Branch Offices through counter:

3. Cut off time for internet banking transactions:

All transactions received after the cut-off time mentioned above will be processed on the next working day and especially for transfer transaction through counter (include fax), the maximum transaction received per day will be limited to 20 (twenty) applications per Customer, including transactions that will be processed on the following business day.

We strongly advice Customers to conduct banking transactions through internet banking to prevent the widespread of COVID- 19
