Subject : Change of Content, Format and Procedure of Withdrawal and Transfer Form

Background and purpose:

1. Implementation of strengthening Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML-CFT) Principles and implementation of standardization AML-CFT in Resona Group, Bank Resona Perdania declares policy as mentioned in document Response to US OFAC Regulations period January 2025. This policy is intended to avoid Bank Resona Perdania facilitates the transaction related to sanctions, money laundering, financing of terrorism and proliferation activity, especially in trade or payments transaction.
2. SWIFT ISO20022 implementation; ISO20022 is an international standard established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) with the aim to standardize data formats related to financial services. Countries around the world are required to switch to the international standard format (ISO20022 format) by November 2025. The SWIFT ISO20022 implementation is intended to strengthen the AML –CFT measures, improve the straight through processing process as format data will be richer, accurate, transparent which reduce false positive screens and eventually will fasten the payment process.
3. Implementation of efficiency.

Based on the background and purpose, the Bank conducts changes in content, format and procedure of Withdrawal and Transfer Form as attached.
