Financial Literacy Program to Students and Teachers of SMA (Senior High School ) Dr. Soetomo Surabaya & CSR BRP Cerdas

Thursday, December 1, 2022, PT Bank Resona Perdania (“Bank”) has conducted financial literacy activities through webinars to 47 (forty seven) students and teachers of SMA (Senior High School ) Dr. Soetomo Surabaya.

In this activity, Bank delivered financial literacy with the theme "Creating a Smarter and Inclusive Society in the Digital Financial Era" on this occasion all participants were given an explanation and understanding of financial literacy, introduction to the Financial Services Authority, banking knowledge, introduction to the digital financial products, how to wisely utilization of digital financial products.

It is hoped that the implementation of financial literacy for these students and teachers can increase participants' interest, awareness, understanding and knowledge of banking institutions as a whole as well as the importance of understanding digital financial products and how to wisely utilization of digital financial products.

On this occasion, Bank also conducted Corporate Social Responsibility program in “BRP Cerdas” pillar through giving the 1 (one) Unit Smart LED TV and 1 (one) Unit Laptop to SMA (Senior High School) Dr. Soetomo Surabaya.

In general, the conclusion is that these financial literacy and CSR activities have run well, this can be seen from the enthusiasm and active participation of all participants in participating in these activities.
