Efficiency in Company Operational activities
- No need to issue and control the use of Cheque/Giro.
- For balance information, filling in application etc. customer does not need 
  to go to the Bank, but can be done through Internet Banking.

Economical Cost
- Company does not need to spend money for transportation cost to come 
  to the Bank, pay messenger just to send application and other costs.
- Create transaction through Internet Banking Perdania Direct when it is in 
  offline and online condition, so the connection costs is cheaper.

To secure Signature and Stamp Misuse
By using Internet Banking Perdania Direct, all transactions are controlled by User ID and Password (connection and application) Perdania Direct every time customer wants to login to Internet, plus additional tool in the form of Token PIN Perdania Direct for every financial transaction through Internet Banking, so signature and company stamp forgery, and issue of counterfeit Cheque/Giro can be minimized. Internet Banking Perdania Direct is equipped by security access door with Firewall, SSL-3 128 bit, IPSec VPN.
Beside that to avoid misuse, auto logoff is going to happen when in 10 minutes there is no activity in Internet Banking Perdania Direct.

Functions

Balance/Transactions enquiry.
Can be used to see Balance and/or today or yesterday transaction enquiry (Maximum 30 days past transaction).

Inter Account Transfer (Rupiah & Foreign Currency)
Use to transfer between customer internal accounts in Bank Resona Perdania.

Transfer (In Rupiah)
Can be used to transfer between accounts in Bank Resona Perdania or to other Bank accounts.

Transfer (in Foreign Currency)
Use to transfer in foreign currency to Banks in Indonesia or abroad.

Tax Payment
Can be used to pay Non Import tax.

High Volume Transaction
Can be used to send tax payment transaction and/or third party payment (TPP- Third Party Payment) in large volume (Such as more than 20 transactions) in Excel File.

Enquiry
Enquiry Exchange Rate, Deposit Rate and Tax Rate.

Open Time Deposit
Can send application to Open Time Deposit.

Time Deposit Information
Can see information for Time Deposit.

Issues Cheque/Giro Book
Can send request to issues Cheque/Giro Book.

Beneficiary Registration
Beneficiary Registration is only processed once and subsequently the customer only needs to choose from existing Beneficiary list.

E-mail
To send information to Bank and/or receive information from Bank.

Service Time

Customer can access to Internet Banking application 1 x 24 hours (7 days a week). This time is only related with creating and sending transaction, with the following requirement:

Transactions that being process in the same day. 

Inter Account Transfer (TPP in Bank Resona Perdania)	8:00 ~ 16:00*
Transfer to the other Bank (in IDR)**	8:00 ~ 12:30*
Transfer to the other Bank (in foreign  currency)**	8:00 ~ 12:30*
Tax Payment**	8:00 ~ 12:00*
Open Time Deposit	8:00 ~ 16:00*
Issue Cheque/Giro Book	8:00 ~ 15:00*

Note :
*)  - Enquiry and Information Time Deposit balance can only be done on Bank's
       working days 8:00 - 20:00 WIB
     - Transaction received after the above hour will be processed on the next
       working days (Special JPY currency transactions, the transaction received
       before 9:00 WIB will be processed on the same day for same value date,
       while transactions received after 9:00 WIB will be processed on the 
       same day for next working day value date). Special for tax payment, 
       transaction received after the above hour, please contact and inform 
       directly to Bank.
     - Transaction that has Exchange Rate will be processed according to Bank's
       Exchange Rate.
**)- For input process can be done by offline in particular for High Volume
       Transaction.

When browsing Internet Banking Perdania Direct for the first time, it will automatically install Security Plugins and follow the instructions.
