We herewith would like to remind to all of our customers to fulfill and or inform the code of transaction purpose and type of underlying document at multipurpose application at trade date for foreign currency transactions either for foreign cross currency or foreign currency against Rupiah, and also submit the underlying documents for foreign currency against Rupiah transaction more than USD 100,000 by customers and foreign parties on value date. 

The underlying document which submitted to the Bank should be consistent with the information that had been informed before; it is for avoiding the sanction imposed by Bank Indonesia.
