A N N O U N C E M E N T

First of all we would like to thank you for your trust in Bank Resona Perdania and your loyalty in using our services.

In connection with our previous announcement regarding Transaction of Foreign Currency Purchasing against IDR to the Bank related with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 10/28/PBI/2008 dated November 12, 2008 and in order to create administration neatness in our Bank and also to implement prudential principles, therefore we would like to announce the time limit for documents delivering that are obligate delivered to our Bank related with Transaction of Foreign Currency Purchasing against IDR as following:

I.      For foreign currency purchasing against IDR which estimated over USD 100,000.- (one hundred Dollar United State) or equivalent for each month, should submit the following documents:

1.      Underlying transaction documents.

2.      Copy of identity (KTP/SIM/KITAS/Passport/TDP) for non-customer of PT Bank Resona Perdania (Walk in Customer) and foreign party and also copy of Tax Identification Number for Walk in Customer.

3.      Statement Letter (stamp duty), which is signed by authority party from customer or foreign party regarding the rightness of underlying transaction documents and only use for foreign currency purchasing against IDR maximum amounted underlying transaction from all banking system in Indonesia.

II.   For foreign currency purchasing against IDR until USD 100,000.- (one hundred Dollar United State) or equivalent for each month, should submit the following documents:

1.      Copy of identity (KTP/SIM/KITAS/Passport/TDP) for non-customer of PT Bank Resona Perdania (Walk in Customer) and foreign party and also copy of Tax Identification Number for Walk in Customer.

2.      Statement Letter (stamp duty), which is signed by authority party from customer or foreign party stating that the foreign currency purchasing against IDR is not over than USD 100.000 (one hundred Dollar United State) every month for each customer or foreign party from all banking system in Indonesia.

Time Limit for documents delivery:

1.      Documents that are mentioned in point I are obligate delivered to the Bank in the beginning transaction every month.

2.      a.   Documents that are mentioned in point II are obligate delivered to the Bank in the beginning transaction every month.

b.      If the transaction of point II in the realization before or during 1 (one) month the foreign currency purchasing against IDR is accumulated over than USD 100,000.- or equivalent, obligate to deliver the documents which are mentioned in point I, there are:

-    Statement letter with stamp duty for transaction over USD 100,000.- or equivalent at the time of transaction, and

-    Underlying transaction documents at the latest 1 (one) week after the transaction is known over than USD 100,000.- or equivalent.
