Re: Providing Information to External Parties
Dear Sirs,
In connection with the occurrence of identity fake often which provided by irresponsible external parties and in order to avoid misuse of the information provided by the customer for those external parties as well as to identify those external parties, we herewith recommend to all our customers if:
· Receive or obtain direct question from external parties or parties who confess from government institutions (e.g.: Bank Indonesia, Tax Office, Central Bureau of Statistics, other Government Institutions), Survey Institution, Mass Media, etc. regarding information and/or other specific data which related with transaction or customer’s company financial statement should not give respond directly.
· Customer can request those external parties to make official written request by using letterhead and also mentioned the full name, address, number of office telephone and facsimile.
· If the questions from those unidentified parties is relating to customer’s transaction with us, therefore we recommend customer to contact us firstly.
· The confirmation can be done by contacting customer’s Marketing in Charge or our Business Division with Mr. Sudirman at 021-5701958 ext. 100 or Mrs. Rachel Setiarini at 021-5701958 ext. 120.
