We see ourselves playing a role beyond the mere provider of banking services to business communities, but rather as a mediators and cultural interpreters that link Japanese businesses with Indonesian counterparts. It is this experience that gives us an edge where we welcome new Japanese and Indonesian businesses with open arms, as we have the capacity to help them secure more than business, but set them up in forging a long term relationship.
