Established in August 1984, PT Resona Indonesia Finance is a subsidiary of Bank Resona Perdania and initially operated under the name of PT Daiwa Lippo Leasing Corporation. PT Resona Indonesia Finance runs businesses in factoring, leasing, consumer financing and credit cards with a strong focus on leasing and consumer financing. In 2010, InfoBank Magazine awarded PT Resona Indonesia Finance as “Finance Company with Excellent Financial Performance”, this award is based on 2009 financial statement. Moreover, Infobank Golden Trophy 2010 is also awarded to PT Resona Indonesia Finance for its achievements over the past five consecutive years (2005 - 2009) won the title as finance companies with “Excellent” financial performance. As the major shareholder, Bank Resona Perdania conducts a monthly monitoring over the financial performance of PT Resona Indonesia Finance, in addition to an annual general audit conducted by the Internal Audit Working Unit (SKAI) of the Bank.
In order to facilitate its operational activities and ongoing development, Bank Resona Perdania also provides a loan facility to PT Resona Indonesia Finance.
