February 1958	Bank Perdania was established in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Bank was established as a means to facilitate better economic cooperation between Japan and Indonesia. This event also served as the nucleus for the formation of Bank Resona Perdania.
April 1969	Bank Perdania officially operate as a foreign-exchange bank licensed to conduct forex transactions.
October 1974	Bank Perdania established a working relationship with Bank NISP Tbk to explore potential market opportunities in Jakarta and its surrounding areas.
May 1989	Bank Perdania opened its first branch in Surabaya.
November 1989	Bank Perdania relocated its Head Office from Mangga Besar to Jl. Jenderal Sudirman - a strategic business district in Jakarta.
January 1991	Bank Perdania opened a second branch in Bandung.
January 1994	Bank Perdania changed its name to Daiwa Perdania Bank. During the year, the Bank also opened its first sub-branch in the Jababeka Industrial Estate, Bekasi.
February 1995	The Daiwa Perdania Bank opened its third branched in Makassar.
August 1999	The Daiwa Perdania Bank was renamed again as Bank Daiwa Perdania.
March 2000	The Bank of East Asia (through East Asia Indonesian Holdings Ltd.) and JAFCO Co. Ltd. invested capital in Bank Daiwa Perdania. By this investment, The Bank of East Asia effectively became one of the Bank’s major shareholders.
April 2002	Bank Daiwa Perdania obtained the ISO 9000:2001 certification*).
June 2002	Bank Daiwa Perdania launched its electronic banking service, Perdania Direct.
July 2003	Bank Daiwa Perdania formally changed its name to Bank Resona Perdania.
July 2004	Bank Resona Perdania officially opened its second subbranch in Karawang.
July 2005	The Bandung Branch of Bank Resona Perdania was relocated to Jl. Asia Afrika, a strategically advantageous business location.
September 2005	Vision Well Ltd. became one of Bank Resona Perdania’s shareholders replacing the position formerly held by Bank NISP Tbk.
December 2005	Bank Resona Perdania opened its third sub-branch at MM 2100, Cibitung.
December 2006	Closure of the Makassar Branch Office.
June 2007	The Internet Banking service, Perdania Direct, was launched as part of the Bank’s efforts to facilitate financial transactions for customers.
August 2007	Launching of the “Your Real Partner” slogan that exemplifies the drive to provide earnest banking services as well as concrete proof of improving customer service quality.
August 2009	To facilitate the delivery of information to customers, Bank Resona Perdania launched its official website with the address www.perdania.co.id.
November 2009	To improve service to customers, Bank Resona Perdania moved its Surabaya branch office from Jl. Raya Darmo to the Plaza BRI at Jl. Jend. Basuki Rachmat.
December 2010	Bank Resona Perdania increases its share on PT Resona Indonesia Finance to become 99.99%.
