On Thursday, July 21, 2011, PT Bank Resona Perdania has implemented donation program by giving fund donation to Bandung Japanese School located in Bandung, West Java. This donation program is held annually and the latest program was held on June 2010. Aiming to support education activity and other supporting activity such as Japanese Children Day and Sports Day in Bandung Japanese School.

On Friday, September 23, 2011, PT Bank Resona Perdania has conducted Banking Education Program which was attended by the members of LKMD and invitation in Penggilingan, Cakung, East Jakarta. In this education program PT Bank Resona Perdania tries to provide education regarding banking industry directly to the society and who’s own small businesses, where the activities of this communities were support the banking system generally. This education program was in line with Pillars I of financial inclusion Bank Indonesia, Pillar I financial education to increase the society understanding regarding the benefit and risk of bank products.

On Tuesday, October 19, 2010, PT. Bank Resona Perdania conducted banking education program at Penggilingan, East Jakarta, Public Health Center. The participants included Health Center doctors, nurses, and people from the neighborhood many owning micro size business. The banking education program is in line with Pillar 6 – Indonesian Banking Architecture issued by Bank Indonesia that states that the banks are obliged to conduct banking education program to the society. Indoing so, we hope to accomplish the following:

1.      To provide understanding on various bank products and services which can be tailored to their needs.

2.      To inform the risk relating to the bank products and services.

3.      To increase awareness of prudence when using bank products and services.

4.       To support society in using Bank products and services.

The banking education program was accepted with great enthusiasm by participants. Many interesting questions were raised relating to loan interest, payment method, terms and conditions and documents in addition to information on PT. Bank Resona Perdania. We will continue to provide such banking education program to other members of the society in the future.

On Friday, March 26, 2010, PT Bank Resona Perdania visited PKK RW 05 at Penggilingan-Cakung, East Jakarta, a community with majority having small business or home industries, to provide education and information on banking services and products. This is in line with Pillar 6 – Indonesian Banking Architecture issued by Bank Indonesia that states that the banks are obliged to conduct banking education program to the general public.

The objective of this banking education program is:

1.      To provide training on various types of banking services and products.

2.      To understand the benefits as well as the cost related to such banking transactions.

3.      To offer banking services based on their needs that may help their business become more efficient and effective.

4.      Raise awareness on the security measures that are taken on the banking services and products.

On September 30, 2009, 7.9 magnitude earthquake shook the region of West Sumatra province at depth of 71 km, located 57 km southwest of Padang Pariaman and 80 km northeast of Padang, which caused substantial damage to the surrounding areas and large number of casualties. In order to provide aid to the earthquake victims, therefore on October 7, 2009 PT Bank Resona Perdania give donation through the Consultative Body of Banking Regional, East Java.         

Jakarta, Thursday, August 13, 2009 PT Bank Resona Perdania (Bank Resona Perdania) held the education program at SMAN 8 Jakarta (high school) placed on Jl. Taman Bukit Duri 2, Rt 02/01 Jakarta, where this program is one of the 6th pillar of Indonesia Banking Architecture program implementation issued by Bank Indonesia. It is stated that bank should give education to society regarding general knowledge of banking industry. 

Bank Resona Perdania describe to students of SMAN 8 regarding bank education program “AYO ke Bank”, that has objectives: 

1. To develop "Bank Minded" society
2. To change bahavior and society knowledge regarding bank product and service.
3. To raise society prudent awareness in transaction.

In Bank Resona Perdania education program, it was reflected a good intimate communications between Bank Resona Perdania and the students of SMAN 8 whereas the attendance gives a very good enthusiasm to follow this program. Looking forward Bank Resona Perdania will increase the education program in accordance with the bank mission, aim to mutual growth and prosperity with customers and contribute to the development of the public society.

Bank Resona Perdania donation program is an education fund donation to Bandung Japanese School located in Bandung, West Java. This donation program is held annually and the latest program was held on July 2009. Aiming to support education activity and other supporting activity such as Japanese Children Day, The Star Festival, and Sports Day in Bandung Japanese School. Social concern in this education program is one of our efforts in Corporate Social Responsibility activity in regards community development.
