Terms & Conditions Opening LC Irrevocable-SKBDN & Export Negotiation-Collection Transaction

Related to the opening Irrevocable L/C / Local L/C transaction and Export Negotiation / Collection transaction, we hereby inform that starting from March 14, 2022 the customer is required to sign an additional document “Terms and Conditions” which is an attachment of the Application for Opening Irrevocable L/C / Local LC Form and the Application for Export Negotiation / Collection Form, so the document required are as follows :

1. For the opening of L/C / Local L/C transactions, customers are required to submit the Application for Opening Irrevocable L/C / Local L/C Form and Terms and Conditions for Opening Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) and Local L/C Form (Attached the annex a);

2. For the Export Negotiation / Collection transaction, customers are required to submit the Application for Export Negotiation / Collection Form and Terms and Conditions for Export Negotiation / Collection Form (Attached the annex b).
