Corporate Social Responsibility – Green Campus University of Palangka Raya

As a manifestation of our positive contribution to the environmental sustainability in Indonesia, in December 2018, PT Bank Resona Perdania in collaboration with the University of Palangka Raya participate in “Green Campus” activity through donation for the preservation activities of local fruit trees that its existence is quite rare.

Through this donation was also carried out re-build of more “environmentally friendly” universities as well as the development of the local fruit gardens became “Peat Techno Park” with an area of 27.5 hectares. On this occasion, in addition to routine maintenance local fruit collections, the university was also added local fruit collections especially in the western region of Central Kalimantan province.  The donation fund was also used to conduct greenery through the procurement and planting of flower pots along the main road and the area of the Rectorate of University of Palangka Raya.

With this cooperation we hope that the environmental preservation activities, especially the growth and maintenance of local fruit trees around the campus University of Palangka Raya can be give a positive influence to the surrounding communities, therefore the environmental sustainability and the preservation of local fruit can be maintained.
